Dr. Sharla Lichtman enjoys a reputation as a highly respected medical doctor with a particular focus on proactive, integrative anti-aging medicine. Her earlier degree in Psychology has enabled her to have a deeper understanding of the interconnection between physical and mental health.

For the past 30 years she has dedicated herself to advocating for her patients and providing top quality excellent healthcare planning.

Since 2015, Dr. Lichtman has been part of an international disaster preparedness team. She has undergone regular training as a first responder in the event of a mass casualty.

Dr. Lichtman graduated from McGill University with an honours BA in psychology and was awarded the James McGill scholarship for academic achievement. She received her medical degree from the University of Calgary Medical School in 1986 where she received a full scholarship through the Nat Christie Medical Bursary Award for academic excellence. Dr. Lichtman completed her family practice residency at Sunnybrook Health Center in Toronto. She was awarded an Honorary Fellowship Designation for excellence in Family Practice from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She’s currently on staff at North York General Hospital.
